INSTALLING.

           

Easy installation with sticky tape on the back so just simply peel fix to smooth surface area.

Beware of static electricity when handling the strip.

Be sure to measure the length you require before applying your strip in final position.

If need be the strip can also be cut on cutting marks to fit your size.

Please NOTE if the strip is cut it will need soldering.

When connecting power supply make sure it is the suitable power supply for the product,

Always use the suitable power supply and remember LED is a DC powered product unless stated by your supplier.

Making

There are SMD 3528,0603,5050.1206 led strip in our factory.Our  light strips are made with a Printed circuit, copper strip (We chose Copper for maximum conductivity and durability). The Light Emitting Diodes are inserted in a 3 light series This strip is coated with a black enamel and bonded to a thin plastic backing.  Then a Durable Nylon/Polymer Clear Flexible coating is Bonded over  the top to provide the Flexible lens that refracts the light

The Strips are  then cut into lengths designed to fit practically any  Motorcycle Light-up application.  Then we provide a 5m adhesive strip to keep them where you put them
